Firstly I want to thank and extend my appreciation on behalf of the church congregation and the people of Sierra Leone. The consignments in the three containers had been presented and distributed to the congregation to during service.
A lot of testimony were made by the members and one visiting worshiper expressed his sincere appreciation. He said he was invited by a friend and to his surprised, he was given a bag of rice which has never happened to him since he started attending churches over the years.
Another man burst in tears for receiving the rice as a surprise. He is a Sierra Leonean disable based in Guinea. Members were very glad because almost everybody seem to be carrying one. They even requested for special prayer for those who make possible for them to have sustenance during this tough and very hard time. However, the size of the bag gave us advantage as compare to the previous one as this time around everyone has an equitable one. We are to present the one container to the government very soon as requested because I’ve informed the line ministry responsible for social assistance and they said they will call upon us soon.
We all appreciate the gesture from all who in their little or much contribution made this possible to reached us in this needy time and also the inscriptions on the bags will leave another landmark in the credibility of the mission to the government and people of our country.
